What should you expect during the Custom Design process:

At Toner Jewelers we will do everything we can to make the custom design process as easy as possible. During your initial consultation, we will narrow down ideas until we agree on what we want to see. We will submit a request for a 3D computer-assisted design. Within 24-48 hours typically, we will receive the design and send it to you with a quote. If design changes are needed, we can make minor adjustments. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the overall design. In order to ensure you are satisfied with the design, we will often have the piece cast in wax and shipped to us so that you can see it in person. Wax molds aren’t a perfect representation because they will not have any stones in them or be in the metal color you expect. But they can help solidify scale or other design details. On average, the design process can be as short as 72 hours, or take weeks if there are a few revisions. 

Once the design is finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks. When the final piece is complete, we will let you know!
